About Scheduling
Classroom scheduling at Yale is a collaborative process between faculty, departments, student organizations, and the Registrar’s Office designed to match courses and events with appropriate spaces across the university.
-
During the academic year, the University Registrar’s Office schedules classrooms that fall under the jurisdiction of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.
-
All requesters must be current Yale students, faculty, staff, or must be sponsored by a Yale department. Groups not affiliated with Yale contact Yale Conferences & Events.
-
Reserving a classroom for a student group/organization event is a different process than classroom scheduling for make-up exams or academic events.
-
During the summer months, rooms are booked by Yale Conferences & Events.
