Classrooms for Undergraduate Events

Undergraduate organizations must register with the Yale College Dean’s Office each year.

Undergraduate organizations seeking to reserve a classroom must do so through their YaleConnect group page by creating a new event and selecting “on-campus room reservation” for location. This event form connects directly with 25live and, like in past years, the student group will be directed through the event approval process for registered groups.

Once registered, student groups wishing to request classroom booking privileges should review the Building use Guide for Yale University Classrooms

See the Yale College guide to registering an event, which includes the room booking process, in Yale Connect.

Classrooms for Graduate and Professional Student Events

Graduate and professional student organizations must be registered with their respective school or administrative unit and listed online as active in Yale Connect. For more information on registered student groups, please refer to Yale Connect or to student affairs staff in your respective school.

Graduate student groups and organizations should first contact the McDougal Center in the Hall of Graduate Studies about meeting spaces.

Registered graduate and professional student organization members must first review the Building Use Guide for Yale University Classrooms and then may make requests for rooms through 25Live.

The Search Classrooms page allows event organizers to search rooms by capacity, building name, or feature.

To review the media services available in a particular classroom, go to the ITS Support for Classroom Technologies.
