Student Profile

The University Registrar’s Office maintains the Student Profile Advising System.  

It is a resource for advisers which compiles various data points on students’ personal and academic records in one central location.  

Student Profile includes the current term course schedules, as well as prior education, test scores, advisers, residential college (when applicable), class year, school, major(s) and concentration(s).   For Yale College and the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences the adviser sync process assigns advisers to students based on their role and the student’s curriculum or residential college. 

Yale Degree Audit

Yale Degree Audit (YDA) is an automated tool that helps students and advisers track progress toward graduation by comparing completed coursework and current enrollment against degree requirements.  Available to Yale College and Graduate School students, advisers, residential college deans, DUSs and DGSs, YDA provides a comprehensive view of both completed and missing requirements while noting any special circumstances in a student’s academic journey.  See also Degree Audit FAQs
