The Find Classes tab opens a Search Criteria Box, select a School first, then select or type a subject to see all offerings from a specific department (such as CHEM).
Click Search after entering search criteria.
1. Click Add to add a a class to your schedule. Take note of any warnings (such as enrollment restrictions).
2. Continue to add courses to complete your registration. Review your worksheet.
3. Click Submit as you add classes to determine if further action is needed.
4. Review the Status and Action columns for each class.
You cannot register for the course. If you want to remove this course from your schedule, click Remove in the Action column and then click Submit.
See the link at the top of the list of courses and follow the directions. Once approved, return to the Summary screen to add the class to your schedule. See How to Request Instructor Permission.
Displays if you are allowed to register for the class. You must click Submit to complete registration.
You have successfully registered for the class.
Select this option to drop a class for which you have already registered. See How to drop a Class.
Select this option to remove a class from your schedule for which you are not yet registered.
Select this option to register for the target class. This option is only available for classes that will allow your registration, including when instructor permission is needed. You must click Submit to complete the registration process.
Select this option to be added to the class’s wait list. This option is only available if a class is already full and waitlisting is allowed. This does require further action if a seat on the wait list opens.
After you have successfully registered for all your classes, Registered appears in the Status column. By the close of registration, be sure you have resolved instructor permission or waitlist pending issues.
A calendar may appear to the left of your class schedule choices to see how the week looks with your chosen classes.
